(This page relates to the 2004 movie 'I, Robot' starring Will Smith.)

        Trivia:

1)  Isaac Asimov's I, Robot was really a collection of nine short stories released in 1950 which featured a company called "U.S. Robots & Mechanical Men."

2)  Did You Know? A company actually exists called 'USRobotics' that makes computer modems. USRobotics was founded in 1976.

3)  Also, a real company founded in 1990 called 'iRobot' sells the very popular automatic vacuum cleaner robot called the 'Roomba.'

Asimov's 'Three Laws of Robotics' (fictional):

1st:  A robot may not injure a human being, or through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.

2nd:  A robot must obey the orders given to it by human beings, except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.

3rd:  A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Laws.
