It was a nice glassy wave day in California.
Shoulder-high swells were on tap, captured in this nice relaxing wideshot. About 15 surfers are in this sunny day, water-only video. A man surfs a reddish longboard, wearing a black wetsuit. He goes left riding regular stance, riding straight toward camera for a 15-second ride that ends in the foamy water near shore. There is a near collision between a longboarder dropping-in and a prone surfer who's paddling out. A man's shortboard hits another rider's shortboard in the water once the board 'squirts' away from him (03:40 minutes in). A man, near shore, inspects his red shortboard for damage. |
