This video was taken in the state of Queensland, Australia in June, 2014. It starts with a wide view overlooking some surfers. The crowded surf break known as "Snapper Rocks" is seen with dozens of surfers huddled near the take-off zone, jockeying for position near the dangerous tideline rocks. And this was a so-so surf day, relatively uncrowded as things go here. The tide comes in and out, a few surfers catch some waves, and a man plays with his dog on the beach. A close-up view shows a longboarder on a cyan-colored board heading right.

Next the camera is down at sea-level, and we see the remote skyline of the city known as "Surfer's Paradise." Some of the rock formation that makes up Snappers is just peeking above the beach sand. A woman walks by on this relaxing, sunny day. There is a medium shot with a male shortboarder weaving up and down the wave face, the camera pans from right to left, following him. He kicks out near some bodyboarders. A closer shot shows a better view of the Surfer's Paradise city skyline with a seagull flying by. Another young shortboarder rides the sun-dappled blue-green waves.

A medium shot shows a body boarder sitting on the rocks with his bodyboard on his knees. He has the best seat in the house, and seems itching to join the crowd in the water. Another young surfer pumps his surfboard down the line, Yet another young man rides his shortboard and makes the best of the small swell. He gives a 'victory pump' gesture with his fists as he finishes his ride.

A middle-aged fellow with a sun hat is taking his kayak for a ride, and his dog is in the kayak too. The canine excitedly wags his tail. A longboarder again surfs down the line. Next is a shot that really sums up Snapper Rocks, where a young boy jumps with his surfboard off a boulder and into the water, just as a giant wall of white foam sprays upward from a wave that has slammed into the boulder. It's common here to see surfers jumping off the rocks into the water. Three more shots show individual surfers. The video ends by returning to the overhead view from the surrounding high bluff. The camera zooms out from the surfers in the water, revealing the mighty Pacific Ocean and a nearby city skyline. A green plant sways gently on the left side of the screen. This video is accompanied by some calm piano music.
