This huge animatronic dragon is outside the theater at the sprawling West Edmonton Mall in Edmonton, Canada. Every once in a while, the dragon rouses from its sleep, and looks around at the crowd waiting to get into the nearby movie theater. Then the dragon spits flames from its mouth. The 'dragon' moves its head around and seems to be looking right at you. Edmonton is in Canada's oil-country, so maybe they have lots of cheap oil products to spare to make the dragon's flame! The music you hear was not the ambient sound, but was just added on for effect.
