Description: Watery, cool. Upon sipping, a profile rises, then descends, like a surprise lingering ending after a symphonic crescendo. No unpleasant aftertaste. Dry, as advertised. Not over-sweet. Apple notes. Slightly sour like crab-apples. The wine is likely best served with a meal, rather than as a stand-alone drinking wine. Clear color.

Labelling/Bottle: The wine label was nicely arranged, upscale, and the bottle had an arch indentation in the bottom. The stem was slender at the top, and did not taper much. The cork was beige colored, with imprinted logo. The bulk of the bottle was cylindrical with no bulging. Stem Diameter: 3.2 cm, Bottle diameter: 7.5 cm, Bottle Length: 30.2 cm, Length of cork: 46 mm, widest width of cork: 2.2 cm, Stippling on bottle bottom: Yes; Bottle color: clear.
