This video was photographed outdoors in June of 2014 in southeastern Australia. It features 4 kinds of animal: the Tasmanian Devil, the Southern Cassowary, the Australian Shelduck, and the Eastern Wallaroo. The video starts with a curious Tasmanian Devil spinning round and round, looking for his next meal. The creature briefly looks into the camera, then waddles away on the native grass, away from the camera view. Two Australian Shelducks are swimming in a shallow pond. They quickly dip their bills underwater to try finding something to munch on. The colorful ducks have black bills, orange bellies, a thin white collar and a black head. Their plumage is mildly iridescent. Small water-droplets bead up on the water-repellent feathers of a duck's head. Next a Wallaroo nibbles on some foliage atop some thick moss-covered rocks. His buddies are keeping him company, but in the background. The wallaroo pricks his ears up as it is curious about the noisy birds in the forest. A giant flightless Cassowary bird audibly scratches the feathers on its back. The bird is tall -- almost 1 meter in height. And it has impressive iridescent skin on its head. The bird is colored black, but its red wattle and bright blue neck stand out brilliantly from the rest of the body. A crest on the bird suggests some kind of ancient biological lineage. The next image shows a Cassowary chewing on some food that it's found on the forest floor. A brief look at a Red Kangaroo shows the animal sniffing around on the ground.
